1. Use of this site

web2droid.com is provided for information about Web2Droid IT Solutions and its services. Use it lawfully — don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or misuse the contact form (the submission endpoint is rate-limited and spam-filtered; abusing it may get your access blocked).

2. Content and IP

The text, design, and marks on this site belong to Web2Droid IT Solutions. You may link to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Reproducing whole pages, or using our brand marks, requires written permission.

3. Engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. The terms of any project — scope, price, timeline, milestones, and warranties — are set out in a separate written agreement for that engagement, in one of two models:

• Fixed-scope. A defined deliverable, price, and timeline agreed up front. Scope changes are handled through a written change request, not absorbed silently — this is what keeps the price and date meaningful.
• Embedded. Ongoing senior capacity billed for a period of time, working from your backlog rather than a single fixed deliverable.

Where the site and a signed project agreement differ, the signed agreement governs for that project.

4. Ownership on a project

Unless the project agreement says otherwise, ownership of code, designs, and other deliverables built for you transfers to you as each paid milestone is completed and paid for — not held back until the very end of the engagement. Repositories, hosting accounts, domains, and third-party service accounts (Firebase, app-store developer accounts, and similar) are created under your ownership from the start wherever the platform allows it. Tools, libraries, and internal frameworks we bring to a project that existed before it — not built specifically for you — remain ours; where we use anything like that, the project agreement says so.

5. No warranty, limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be error-free or continuously available, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. For actual project work, warranty and liability terms (including any liability cap) are set in the project agreement, not here — this site makes no promises about deliverables it isn't describing in specific, signed terms.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to things we don't control — a client's live product, a GitHub repository, an app-store listing. We're not responsible for the content or availability of anything outside web2droid.com.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
